A trip to the south - From Brazil to Argentina

I arrived in Foz de Iguassu in the morning, and went directly to the national park in the brazilian side. The brazilian side, because at this point, Brezil, Argentina and Paraguay meet. One hour is necessary to walk to the main attraction, the "devil´s throat" point of view. On the way, it´s already very impressive to see the succession of huge cascades, but when you are in front of the big one, you feel very, very small. As the visit was quite short, I then decided to take a tour in the jungle with a guide. This was really interesting, since we could see monkeys, birds (green parrots among others), tons of butterflies and alligators. The tour was divided into three parts, bike first, then rest on a boat on Iguassu river and 20 minutes of kayak to finish. I then went to the hostel in Argentina, leaving Brazil after two wonderful weeks. At this point, I should thank Caty for introducing me to this country where I feel so good. The hostel was more a holiday factory than an hostel. With 220 people, it was full and the atmosphere was electric ! And there is a massive swimming pool, what I really enjoyed after these activities done at more than 30 degrees. The second day was dedicated to the argentinian side of the park. It was much bigger than the brazilian side, and it took me the full day to do everything. I met there two french couples, both from Paris, both without premeditation, but some of you may recognize one of them on the picture ;-) Again, the view on the "devil´s throat", very close and from the top, was really impressive and breathtaking.
